Making The Perfect Paleo Pancakes

Imagine combining the sweet taste of bananas with some almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla essence, and cinnamon. Add one final ingredient, eggs, and you will be mixing the batter for Paleo Pancakes. If you are a Paleo dieter then these pancakes might become one of your favorite foods. This is because they taste delicious, the ingredients are few and quickly available, the prep and cook time is very minimal.

Paleo pancakes taste fantastic. The mixture and consistency are different from other pancakes and are similar to a whole wheat pancake. Once you begin to enjoy the flavor of these pancakes you can begin to explore. There are many options such as chestnut pancakes, almond banana, and fluffy coconut pancakes. Simply by following the directions you are in for a treat while enjoying your Paleo diet.

Paleo Pancake Recipes!

While on the Paleo diet you have probably been enjoying a breakfast of scrambled eggs with veggies. You have varied this by fixing an omelet. Once people learn about the Paleo pancake, in all of the variations, this will really add zest to your diet. Many dieters are surprised to learn that these pancakes are delicious to eat, just as they are. However, you can make them even more delicious by adding blended blueberries along with a little Stevia. This adds a really sweet taste.

Paleo pancakes fit nicely into the Paleo diet. The diet itself is low-carb, low in sodium, while approved for carnivore. It basically includes weight loss and maintenance. It is also known to prevent, or control various types of diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease. People dedicated to the Paleo diet claim it offers a healthier, fitter, and disease-free way of life. It is believed the diet goes clear back to the Paleolithic period, more than 10,000 years ago. This is when we did not have a variety of junk food and pasta to tempt our taste buds. The goal is to return to the hunting and gathering period whereby the diet consisted of animal protein and plants.

Another idea about the Paleo diet is that if the cavemen did not eat it then we should not either. This means we can enjoy meat, poultry, fish, fruits, and vegetables. It is up to each dieter to determine how much to eat. The great thing about the Paleo diet is that you can actually replace some of your favorites with substitutes. For example, if you often miss the taste of butter you can choose to use coconut oil; you can replace white flour with almond flour. If you feel you are not getting enough of the ‘sweet’ taste then you can use honey.

Many people who join the Paleo diet often enjoy the diet along with the many benefits it has to offer. This often results in people starting the diet, with the goals of improving health, losing weight, and so forth and then actually adopting the diet as their way of eating. When a person first tastes the delicious food such as the paleo pancakes, this really opens the door to the many other tastes and treats the diet has to offer.
